I absolutely love Rise and shine tea blend. After the first cup I could see a difference. I drank my first cup the first evening I got it, thinking it would take at least 2 or 3 cups before I would see a difference. Nope after that first cup that evening I was wide awake until like 3am. I did get to clean without disturbance that night and do some Bible study. I will definitely be ordering some more tea blends soon.

My husband and I love this tea. Its flavour is so great and we noticed that when we drink it we have a more consistant blood sugar. Drink it every morning!

Convinced my hubby to try this in place of coffee. He liked it! Still likes his coffee lol. I think it’s good. I would have liked a stronger cinnamon flavor but that can always be added. I like a lot of cinnamon! Happy knowing it’s a clean black tea I can brew. Sun tea time!
