I add lemon Balm to my Hibiscus tea and it gives it a lemony flavor. I am enjoying having a warm cup of tea before I go to bed. Not only is it delicious it cleanses my organs while I sleep.
It's delicious.My friend had this growing at the corner of her herb garden,I planted for her. She And I went shopping. She chose I planted. HadIknown how good this Was I would have been harvesting every year. I am working on building some better habits with herbs and after your story,I wanted this to be my first to try. I want to see how this one benefits my body. And since the only other One I have gotten from you is the sleep tea,I am speaking about this one too. I have already had a night with no sleep. Two nights ago. I did sleep pretty good last night . So no tea yet. But i have used valerian capsules from a company that sells vitamins etc.I am sure now having met you that I wasted my money for 40 plus years with them. So thanks for that info. 😉 Anyway i still need this type of thing at this point in my life. I am planting things this year for totally different reasons again thanks to you. Teach me my friend and Sister in Christ. I need to find out what to use and how. I am researching other avenues too. But so far you have been the Best And I do mean Best. Thank you so very much.

Love the taste
I like it but I'm not sure it's making a difference yet. I'm taking it as a tea every day. I'm recovering from Lyme & another tick borne disease. I have ordered the mix for cholesterol also. I need to get a mix for my daughter in law who has stage 3 metastatic breast cancer. What do you recommend?

This tea has helped me in the recovery of my spinal surgery to my lower back pain and pain issues to my legs and lower extremities. I also added 4-5 cloves which helped to reduce pain and inflammation. These herbs and clove spice along with the gentle cleanse tea were very therapeutic in calming the pain down.

The lemon balm and the hormone blend are so fresh and tasty. I live adding a little bit of honey for sweetness. At first, I was concerned about the price.
