How do I contact Amber?
While we love getting your messages, we cannot provide medical advice. You can email Amber at gracewalkfarm@gmail.com. We receive hundreds of emails each week, so please be patient as it may take a while for us to see your messages. For urgent questions regarding an order, place URGENT in the subject line and our team will respond ASAP.
Where is my book?
The Everyday Herbalist is a digital download. Your book is delivered by email immediately when you purchase. If you don’t see your download link, email gracewalkfarm@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.
When will I get my order?
We will work hard to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 7-10 days. However, we are a small family owned apothecary so we ask for your patience as we hand mix each order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping at this time.
Do you have a shop I can visit in person?
No, our shop is not open to the public as it is located on our private family farm.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We have no control over shipping rates as this is automatically calculated by the US post office.
